KMD Developments recently completed the development of new homes at Goldfinch Close, Wainhouse Corner for Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA).
Customers are excited and busy preparing to move into their new homes! A special project for us working with CRHA which has seen a focus on design, modern living, the environment, natural habitats and collaboration with the local rural community, Primary School, Homes England and Cornwall Council.
The scheme provides 13 social rented homes with a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows together with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
The homes are highly insulated and combined with energy efficient Daikin air source heat pumps will ensure that running costs will be very low. Rather than having to install large radiators on the ground floor we have incorporated underfloor heating throughout the ground floor which will ensure the homes maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature.
